instead we were given the option of a 'king with a roll away bed' oh but I could change rooms in the morning. after driving all day we get to the casino to check in and they (seriously snotty brat at the front desk) tell me that they don't have the room I reserved because they 'only reserve the room type and it's a first come first serve basis IF I was to get that room at all.' I'm sorry what?!?That's not how a hotel reservation should work and if that's truly the policy.
I have never in all my life had a hotel tell me that my reservation was a first come first serve basis?! What?! I had wanted to take my mom out for her 60th birthday and decided to stay there (it looked cool) so I made reservations online like I have many MANY times before (for other stays), for a room with 2 queens, and received a confirmation number after I put my info in.
