If you are a supervisor, manager or director looking for a place to call home, looking for advancement or a place to grow, I would strongly suggest to look elsewhere. Way too much favoritism, too much entitlement to tribal members and everyone runs to Human Resources to voice out their opinions almost nothing can get accomplished without Human Resources dictating to management what, how things should be done. I personally would not or ever go back to work in this environment. My FTE budget was taken away from us without our knowledge and the reasons for this was never revealed to us. Attendance issues were the worst and we found ourselves to be short staffed most if not all of the time. Almost impossible to fire or reprimand tribal members. Discipline of individuals was extremely tough too since most that were committing or displaying bad behavior were the tribal members. We could not circumvent Human Resources because they dictated to us (management) on who we should hire.
